Customer Responsibility: If correct product and size are delivered but size still doesn’t fit, customer must courier it back

Policy Details
At Shoes Factory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer free return or exchange only if there is an issue from our side—such as receiving the wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged item. To be eligible, customers must record a parcel opening video at the time of unboxing. This video is compulsory and must clearly show the unboxing process. Requests without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
In cases where the customer receives the correct product and size they ordered, but still faces a size fit issue, we do allow exchanges—but the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping themselves. The product must be unused and in original condition, and again, an opening video is required to validate the request.
